Costume Guide

The following guide is made for you who would like to create your own costume with the purpose of portraying common people during the later part of Scandinavian Iron age. We want to make it easier for new members of the community, and show you that it doesn't have to be hard or expensive to create an outfit.

Authenticity Guide

The goal of these guide is to encourage and improve the historical authenticity at the event. In general there is a lack of sources in Viking Age reenactment, therefore we ask you not to use/bring some items, specified in the guide. If you have a source which supports any item not allowed, please send us the source! We are more than happy to change the guidelines accordingly! Please also remember that each entry is evaluated from case to case using these guidelines.
